Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, handle check-ins, and assist with reservations. Ensure a seamless arrival experience.
- Inquiries: Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Provide accurate information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage front desk operations, including handling cash, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Multitasking: Juggle multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining composure during busy periods.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a resort or hotel front office role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: A warm and welcoming attitude committed to exceeding guest expectations.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage check-ins, reservations, and administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment and handle unexpected situations with poise.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
- Knowledge of using PMS
