- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to transfer information easily to team members, stakeholders, and senior managers.
- Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure and application domain.
- Experience creating and managing comprehensive project plans utilizing PM flows and tools.
- Experience performing scope management for projects, including a disciplined change control.
- Experience performing issues management across multiple departments.
- Experience creating and executing Implementation plans.
- Strong results orientation, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Desire for meaningful work and real responsibility.
- Demonstrable and strong problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience
- 8+ years of Project Management and people leadership experience in an enterprise IT environment, preferably in the financial sector required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field from an accredited university preferred.
- ITILv3/v4 required
- PMI certification required.
- Network Active & Passive Background added advantage
