- Customer Assistance: Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and guide them through our jewelry collections (gold, diamond, platinum, or silver).
- Sales Conversion: Pitch and demonstrate the unique selling points, craftsmanship, and purity of our products to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stock Management: Ensure all jewelry trays and counters are neatly arranged, fully stocked, and visually appealing before the showroom opens and throughout the day.
- Product Safety: Strictly follow safety protocols during customer interactions, ensuring security while handling high-value merchandise.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a database of regular customers, follow up on their custom orders, and update them about new collections or festive offers.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales (Jewelry showroom experience is highly preferred).
- Communication: Fluent and polite communication skills. Knowledge of Kannada is a strong plus to effectively assist customers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
