About Mineral Mist: Mineral Mist is a fast-growing skincare brand dedicated to delivering high-quality skincare products inspired by traditional ingredients and backed by modern skincare principles. Our product range includes Kesar Face Wash, Sandalwood Face Wash, and Clear Skin Anti-Acne Face Wash. Position Overview: We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Representatives to expand the retail presence of Mineral Mist products. The role involves regularly visiting medical stores, cosmetic shops, general stores, supermarkets, and other retail outlets within assigned territories to generate orders, develop retailer relationships, and increase product availability in the market. Key Responsibilities: Visit retail outlets daily as per the assigned route plan. Cover different areas and markets regularly to maximize brand reach. Introduce and promote Mineral Mist products to retailers. Generate orders and ensure timely follow-up with retailers. Identify and onboard new retail outlets. Maintain strong relationships with shop owners and store managers. Ensure product availability and visibility at retail locations. Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback. Submit daily activity and visit reports to the reporting manager. Represent the brand professionally and maintain a positive image in the market. Eligibility Criteria: Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharma, or Retail Sales will be an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories. Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn. Basic smartphone knowledge for reporting and communication. Requirements Must own a two-wheeler. Valid driving license. Comfortable with daily field visits and market travel. Ability to work independently and manage assigned areas effectively.
