Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Kitchen Incharge to oversee the daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth kitchen functioning, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, supervise kitchen staff, control inventory, and ensure timely preparation and delivery of all menu items.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the overall kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Monitor food preparation and maintain recipe standards.
- Manage kitchen staff schedules, task allocation, and performance.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for timely procurement.
- Reduce food wastage and control kitchen costs.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials.
- Train new kitchen staff on SOPs and food preparation standards.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report maintenance requirements.
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of customer orders.
- Coordinate effectively with the service team for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily production and inventory reports.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
