Job Title: Creative Designer – On-site | Worli, Mumbai
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Creative Designer who can think beyond just visuals. This role sits at the intersection of design, business, and user experience — someone who can not only create beautiful assets but also understand why they’re being created and how they drive outcomes.
You’ll be working across our portfolio of healthcare brands — NuHealth, NuHer, Excelgenics, and LeanLife — helping shape their visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing high-quality creatives across formats: social media, performance ads, brochures, brand collaterals, etc.
- Translating brand strategy into strong visual storytelling
- Designing and improving website pages with a strong UI/UX lens
- Creating packaging systems: outer boxes, inner packaging, inserts, and overall unboxing experience
- Working closely with growth teams to optimize creatives for performance
Tools & Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva Pro
- Figma
- Photoshop
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.)
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and web design systems
- Ability to design both digital and physical assets (packaging is a big plus)
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Bonus
- Working knowledge of Shopify (theme customization, page building, integrations)
- Understanding of CRO (conversion-focused design thinking)
- Exposure to D2C or consumer brands

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
