Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding language courses and international career programs.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Maintain student records and CRM/database.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative team for a smooth admission process.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience in admission counselling, education, telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
