Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and management interview schedules.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary within approved budgets and release offer letters.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
HR Operations
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or any Bachelor's degree with relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
