We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative and recruitment activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with candidates regarding interview dates, timings, and documentation.
· Maintain employee records and HR databases.
· Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
· Assist in preparing HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
· Help organize employee engagement activities and company events.
· Maintain attendance and leave records.
· Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR documents.
· Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers or Interns are welcome.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Search Engine).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HRMS software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or LinkedIn.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Work Location : Kanjurmarg – E
Shift timing : 9.30am to 5.30pm
2nd & 4th Saturday Off.
Offer salary : Rs.10,000/- per month. Increment after 6 months depending on performance.
Third party payroll.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
