Role Overview:
We are building a global quiz and assessment platform that evaluates skills, knowledge, and competencies across a wide range of job roles and industries. As an intern, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality assessment content that helps organizations and individuals measure job-specific expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research various job roles, industries, and skill requirements across different professions.
- Design, draft, and develop multiple-choice questions (MCQs), scenario-based questions, and skill assessment content for assigned job roles.
- Ensure quiz questions are accurate, relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry standards.
- Categorize questions by role, skill, topic, and proficiency level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced).
- Conduct online research to understand job descriptions, required competencies, certifications, and industry trends.
- Maintain documentation and tracking of content creation progress.
