Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and professional Marketing & Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, meeting prospective clients, presenting our products and services, and converting opportunities into sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their security requirements.
- Present and pitch our products and solutions professionally.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features in a simple and convincing manner.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up with clients and close sales opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and daily reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing and Sales (Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional personality with confidence in meeting clients.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Technical Skills
The candidate must have excellent working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
