The Officer, CPO Business Management supports the day-to-day business management, operational reporting, and strategic communication for the Product organization. This role works closely with the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the CPO, contributing across content, business management, and execution priorities.
The role is responsible for supporting operational rigor and transparency across the CPO through effective stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination, while assisting with business management reporting, Confluence governance, headcount and capacity tracking, risk and control activities, OKR tracking, operating model documentation, and monthly business review (MBR) materials, while contributing to the development and governance of Product content and narrative.

What you will be responsible for
Product Business Management & Reporting
Own and facilitate business management reporting for the Product organization, including dashboards, scorecards, and executive level summaries
Produce monthly business review (MBR) materials and commentary, translating data into clear insights, risks, and actions for leadership
Support OKR definition, tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and outcomes
Develop and maintain operating model documentation, including roles, responsibilities, governance forums, and decision rights
Headcount, Capacity & Resource Management
Product related Strategic Narrative and data gathering
Review Product content and narrative, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with strategic and operational priorities. Write commentaries, where necessary.
Translate Product strategy, performance, and risks into clear, compelling executive level commentaries
Risk, Controls & Governance Support
Support Product leadership in risk identification, issue tracking, and control remediation, including coordination with Operational Risk, Compliance, and Audit
Operational Excellence & Enablement
Drive continuous improvement in business management processes, leveraging tools, templates, and automation where appropriate

Experience with headcount, financial, and workforce data, and comfort working across Finance and HR partners
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in CAO, business management, strategy, consulting, or transformation roles preferred
