Job Title:
Accountant
- Location: Ahmedabad (Sindhu Bhavan Road)
- Salary: As per industry standards
- Experience: 2 to 5 Years
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Timings: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Interview Mode: Telephonic & In-Person
What You'll Be Working On
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and E-Way Bills.
- Maintain accounting records and entries in Tally Prime.
- Handle GST, TDS, and Professional Tax compliance and filings.
- Assist in payroll preparation and salary processing.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Maintain Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
- Record purchase entries, vouchers, and expense transactions.
- Verify bills, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and manage receivables and payables.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and Chartered Accountants for accounting and compliance matters.
- Support audits, ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
We're Looking for Someone Who
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Understanding of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statements, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account finalization.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
