We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, follow up with leads, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional attitude.
Requirements
Good communication in Hindi; basic English preferred.
Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.
Pleasant, customer-first attitude.
Experience in jewellery, retail, boutique, salon, clinic or front office is a plus.
12th pass / graduate preferred.
