About this Role
Responsible for the overall electrical maintenance of CNC and conventional machine shop equipment to ensure maximum machine uptime, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall electrical maintenance of manufacturing facilities.
- Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting of CNC and conventional machines.
- Maintenance of VMC, HMC, CNC Lathes, ID/OD Grinding Machines, Surface Grinders, Honing Machines, Band Saw Machines, and Jig Grinding Machines.
- Maintenance of air compressors, power distribution systems, DG sets, and electrical panels.
- Preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance planning and execution.
- PLC- based fault diagnosis and electrical control panel maintenance.
- Installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical systems and machines.
- Monitoring power consumption and implementing energy-saving initiatives.
- Maintaining maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.
- Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
