Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bank Operations Executive to manage banking operations, coordinate with DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), and ensure timely payout processing. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, operational efficiency, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day banking operations and ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
- Coordinate with banking partners and DSAs for case processing and status updates.
- Track loan disbursements and maintain accurate operational records.
- Process and reconcile DSA payouts and incentive payments within defined timelines.
- Prepare MIS reports related to disbursements, payouts, and operational performance.
- Follow up on pending cases and resolve operational issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation and records for audits and operational reviews.
Additional Responsibilities
- Monitor turnaround times (TAT) and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and channel partners.
- Support business teams by providing operational insights and timely updates on case statuses.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in banking operations, financial services, fintech, NBFC, or related domains.
Preferred
- Prior exposure to loan processing, DSA management, payout reconciliation, or banking coordination will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
