About the Role
The IT & NW Engineer III will support the organization's corporate IT environment, including end-user computing, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, security tools, office networking, audio-video systems, IT assets and vendors. The role is responsible for reliable day-to-day operations, timely user support and compliance with IT and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for laptops, desktops, operating systems, applications and user access; resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Administer Microsoft Intune and JAMF for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS devices, including enrolment, application deployment, configuration, compliance, patching, encryption and device lifecycle activities.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft Entra ID, including user provisioning, licensing, groups, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint support.
- Support antivirus, Palo Alto Cortex EDR and Check Point email security; monitor agent health, handle quarantine and allow/block requests, perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate security incidents with the Information Security team.
- Support DLP, vulnerability-management agents, VPN and secure remote-access clients, web filtering, remote-support tools, ITSM/ticketing and asset-management systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot corporate LAN, WAN, Internet links, VPN, DHCP, DNS and Wi-Fi; support access points, SSIDs and connectivity, and escalate complex changes to the Network or Security team.
- Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, conference-room devices, displays, projectors and video-conferencing systems, including vendor coordination and meeting support.
- Maintain IT inventory and lifecycle records; coordinate procurement, warranty, AMC, renewals and vendor SLAs; maintain SOPs, operational reports and knowledge documents.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Corporate IT Infrastructure, End User Support or IT Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Working knowledge of Palo Alto Cortex EDR, antivirus, Check Point email security and common endpoint security tools.
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, corporate Wi-Fi and basic network troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, user-support and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and coordinate with users, vendors and internal teams.
