Business Development Executive/Manager

Experience Required: 4–8 years in Publishing / Education Sales
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead growth
for the Educart 9 to 12 segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our
presence in schools, coaching centers, and distributor networks, ensuring the product
reaches the right academic stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive sales and market penetration for Educart’s 9–12 grade product range.
● Build and manage strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and coaching
institutes.
● Develop and manage a network of distributors and channel partners.
● Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in senior
secondary education.
● Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
● Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits efficiently.
● Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
● Proven track record in academic sales (preferably K–12 segment).
● Strong network and rapport with schools and coaching institutes.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Willingness to travel as per business needs.
● Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
