We're Hiring: Trading Operations / Trade Support Analyst
We're looking for professionals with experience in Trading Operations, OMS/EMS Support, and Market Infrastructure to join our growing team.
Preferred Experience:
- 6+ months in Trading Operations or OMS/EMS support
- Experience with trading platforms, order management systems, or exchange connectivity
- Handling trading incidents, order failures, and connectivity issues
- Exposure to UAT testing, system upgrades, or API/FIX connectivity
- Prior experience in brokerage, prop trading, or fintech firms is a plus
Key Skills:
- Trading systems & market infrastructure
- OMS/EMS and FIX Protocol
- Incident & issue management
- System monitoring & reporting
- Coordination with technology & exchange teams
- Risk controls, SOP adherence, and audit documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor trading platforms and exchange connectivity
- Resolve latency, connectivity, and order-routing issues
- Perform daily system health checks.
- Support UAT testing and system upgrades
- Maintain incident logs and ensure audit readiness
