Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in New Business Development.
Qualification
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering.
- MBA in Marketing.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a Key Account Manager for handling business with large and strategic OEM customers.
- Achieve assigned targets related to revenue, profitability, and business growth from existing OEM accounts and new business development.
- Conduct regular customer visits and engage with stakeholders across departments and management levels to maintain a strong Voice of Customer (VoC).
- Drive business development activities and generate new RFQs through customer engagement and company channels.
- Present company capabilities and solutions to prospective customers and coordinate high-level customer meetings.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Support customers regarding deliveries, quality concerns, and special requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy accounts receivable.
- Plan customer visits and submit daily visit reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Delivery, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Experience in business planning, revenue generation, and profitability management.
- Basic understanding of financial planning, costing, and profitability calculations.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of products, applications, and manufacturing technologies.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sales processes, including invoicing, billing, freight management, scheduling, and order booking.
- Proactive follow-up and customer management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
- Analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
