We are seeking a Senior Collibra Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data governance solutions. In this role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise in Collibra and related data management platforms to build robust workflows, drive integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable a mature data governance framework across the organization.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data governance solutions using the Collibra Platform and Collibra Workflow Designer

Build and optimize workflows leveraging Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to support governance processes
-
Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and delivery of Collibra solutions

Develop conceptual and logical data models to support enterprise data governance initiatives
-
Integrate Collibra with enterprise systems using integration technologies such as MuleSoft and SnapLogic
-
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation in Confluence
-
Manage tasks, generate JQL queries on-the-fly, and publish saved filters and views in Jira for engineers and senior stakeholders

Collaborate within an Agile team to deliver iterative improvements and features
-
Work independently with minimum supervision while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and apply analytical problem-solving skills to deliver robust solutions
Requirements
-
Overall 8 to 12 years of IT experience, with 5 to 10 years working on Collibra or other data governance/data management products

Technical degree to validate the experience

Expertise in Collibra Platform, Collibra Workflow Designer, and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)

Proficiency in CI/CD practices and tooling

Background in conceptual and logical data modeling

Knowledge of integration technologies, including MuleSoft and SnapLogic
-
Skills in Jira, including the ability to rapidly generate JQL on-the-fly and save queries, filters, and views for publishing

Competency in creating and maintaining documentation in Confluence

Familiarity with Agile practices, preferably having been part of an Agile team for several years
-
Strong analytical, focused, and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently

Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills

Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
