Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Intern to support our Business Development and Sales team. This role is ideal for candidates interested in B2B sales, market research, prospecting, and technology consulting services. The intern will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building prospect databases, and helping generate qualified sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across target industries and markets.
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, Apollo, company websites, directories, and other prospecting platforms.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases within CRM systems.
- Collect and verify decision-maker contact information including emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Assist in email outreach, cold prospecting, and follow-up campaigns.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Track daily activities and maintain lead generation reports.
- Support sales initiatives targeting software development, cloud, AI, SaaS, and digital transformation services.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to meet daily and weekly targets.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of B2B sales and lead generation processes.
- Experience using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Understanding of software development, SaaS, cloud, AI, or IT services industries.
Performance Expectations
- Generate 100+ targeted prospects daily.
- Maintain high data accuracy and lead quality.
- Deliver daily lead generation reports.
- Support the team in achieving monthly meeting and pipeline targets.
