About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Career Advisor – OPT Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in International Sales, OPT Sales, US Staffing, or Training & Placement Services. You will be responsible for guiding candidates, promoting career and training services, and helping them secure opportunities in the US job market.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel candidates on career opportunities, training programs, and placement services.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments through effective sales techniques.
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and virtual consultations with prospective candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the enrollment process.
- Explain the US hiring process, including OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain lead and sales data using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with recruitment and marketing teams to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in OPT Sales, International Sales, US Staffing, Education Consulting, or Career Counseling.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good understanding of the US Staffing Industry.
- Knowledge of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused.
