Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR functions at the resort, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, training, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a positive workplace culture while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality service through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Oversee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training, induction, and employee development programs.
- Lead performance appraisal and talent management initiatives.
- Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower planning.
- Support audits and maintain statutory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry.
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial role within a hotel or resort.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or wellness resorts is preferred.
