We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive who can build strong relationships with clients, manage inquiries, and ensure a smooth customer journey from the first interaction to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Post-Production Coordination
- Manage the workflow between photographers, editors, album designers, and clients.
- Assign projects to editors and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
- Track photo selection, editing status, album design approvals, and final deliveries.
- Review deliverables for quality and accuracy before sharing with clients.
- Coordinate album printing, framing, and final product delivery.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure no delays in post-production.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, or client servicing preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the wedding and photography industry is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, sales, or hospitality.
