Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to manage customer queries related to RTO shipments, lost orders/data complaints, and service-related issues.This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats related to RTO (Return to Origin), lost orders, delivery delays, and product-related issues.
● Provide clear updates to customers and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
● Coordinate with logistics/courier partners to track and resolve RTO or lost order cases.
● Maintain accurate case records and update the CRM with every interaction.
● Escalate unresolved or critical cases to the operations/logistics team for faster closure.
● Proactively follow up with customers to ensure resolution and build trust.
● Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Requirements:
● Minimum Graduate qualification.
● Excellent spoken English & Hindi is mandatory.
● Fresher - 1 year of experience in Customer Support / BPO / E-commerce / Logistics.
● Strong problem-solving ability and patience while handling escalated cases.
● Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
● Comfortable working full-time from office (Chhatarpur location)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
