Role overview:
We are looking for a Presales & Customer Success Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in product presales, customer success, implementation coordination, or customer-facing technical roles.
The role will cover the complete customer journey, right from presales discussions, product demonstrations, requirement understanding, proposal support, and proof-of-concept activities to project implementation coordination, customer onboarding, relationship management, periodic health checks, and ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
The candidate should have good communication skills, a basic understanding of cyber security products, and the ability to work closely with customers, sales teams, product teams, and implementation teams
Key Responsibilities:
Presales Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Conduct product demonstrations of NXRADAR for prospects and customers.
- Understand customer requirements and map them to relevant NXRADAR features and capabilities.
- Prepare presentations, solution notes, proposals, and technical responses.
- Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and customer questionnaires.
- Support proof-of-concept activities and customer evaluations.
- Coordinate with product and technical teams for customer-specific requirements and clarifications.
- Explain product use cases, benefits, workflows, and business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Customer Success & Implementation Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers during project implementation.
- Track implementation progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Support customer onboarding and product adoption.
- Conduct periodic customer health checks and review meetings.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand concerns, feedback, and improvement areas.
- Ensure customers are using the product effectively and receiving value from it.
- Track open issues, follow up with relevant teams, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain the health of customer relationships through proactive engagement.
- Capture customer feedback and share it with product and management teams.
- Support renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities by identifying customer needs and usage gaps.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in product presales, customer success, implementation support, technical sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of cyber security concepts such as vulnerability management, EDR, application security, cloud security, compliance, risk management, and security operations.
- Ability to understand customer problems and explain product-based solutions clearly.
- Comfortable preparing presentations, proposals, meeting notes, and customer documentation.
- Strong coordination skills with sales, product, implementation, and support teams.
- Ability to manage customer relationships professionally.
- Good follow-up discipline and ownership mindset.
- Willingness to learn cyber security technologies and product features.
Good to Have
- Prior experience with cyber security products such as EDR, vulnerability management, ASM, GRC, SIEM, application security, or risk management platforms.
- Experience in conducting product demos for enterprise customers.
- Experience in customer onboarding, project coordination, or customer success management.
- Familiarity with RFP/RFI responses.
- Understanding of enterprise IT environments, cloud, DevOps, endpoint security, and compliance requirements.
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, CRM tools, ticketing tools, and documentation platforms.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related field.
- Relevant cyber security, cloud, or product certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
