Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing & SLA Management: Monitor all incoming orders across multiple channels daily. Ensure all orders are acknowledged, processed, and packed within the mandated Turnaround Time
- Pick & Pack Operations: Oversee on-ground warehouse staff to ensure accurate picking of stock-keeping units (SKUs) and high-quality packaging to prevent transit damage.
- Compliance & Barcoding: Strict adherence to marketplace-specific guidelines. This includes generating correct shipping labels, outer box barcodes (EAN/UPC labels), and ensuring specific packaging requirements for channels like modern trade or quick-commerce platforms are met perfectly to avoid debit notes/penalties.
- Invoicing & Documentation: Generate commercial invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and delivery chalans using the company ERP or warehouse management systems before dispatch.
- Logistics & Manifest Handover: Coordinate with B2B cargo partners and e-commerce logistics couriers for daily order cut-off times, vehicle scheduling, and accurate manifest handovers.
- Returns Management (RTO / Reverse Logistics): Handle incoming customer and channel returns. Oversee the sorting of returned stock into "good/salable" inventory or "damaged/factory-repair" categories
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
