About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Hub Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at the hub. The candidate will be responsible for vehicle movement, driver coordination, reporting, operational monitoring, and ensuring smooth hub functioning.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, basic operational knowledge, and the ability to manage drivers and field activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hub operations and vehicle activities
- Coordinate with drivers regarding trip allocation and schedules
- Monitor vehicle availability, charging status, and downtime
- Ensure proper discipline and attendance of drivers
- Maintain daily operational reports and MIS data
- Handle basic issue resolution related to drivers and vehicles
- Coordinate with maintenance and service teams when required
- Ensure vehicles are properly parked, cleaned, and managed
- Track daily revenue, trip performance, and operational targets
- Support management in improving operational efficiency
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma holder preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, or hub management
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle field teams and drivers
- Problem-solving mindset and leadership skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EV fleet operations or logistics industry
- Understanding of charging operations and vehicle tracking
- Ability to prepare reports and operational dashboards
