- Manage day to day office operations and smooth administrative functioning.
- Handle incoming calls, courier services and maintain correspondance record.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calenders, and coordinate appointments for senior management.
- Maintain and organise office files, documents and confidentail records.
- Coordinate with clients, banks, vendors, and internal departments regarding administrative matters.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place ordrs when required.
- Assist in invoice processing, expenses tracking, and basic bookkeeping activities.
- Ensure proper maintainance of office equipments an dliaise with service providers.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records and other HR related administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
