We are looking for a Law officer to assist us in the legal matters of our property disputes pending at Judicial complex Assandh and in the High courts. The advocate should have sufficient experience in the property and land & revenue laws and flexible timings to even represent and assist us once in a month in the matters.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Assistance and typing all types of suits and the applications thereof.
· Searching about the formats of different petitions and applications.
· Should have flexible time for appearing/contesting in the subordinate court at Assandh once in a month .
· Stay informed about all gamut of legal proceedings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- LAW graduates with sufficient experience.
- Practising in the High Court will be prefered.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,500.00 per day
