Roles & Responsibilities: End-to-End Sales & Project Delivery
- Own the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, outbound prospecting, referrals, and market research.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying potential clients across domestic and international markets.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Conduct client profiling, requirement gathering, and market analysis to identify opportunities and recommend suitable offerings.
- Create customized proposals, SRS documents, and scope of work based on client requirements.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and deal closures, ensuring alignment on commercial and technical aspects.
- Handle international client communication and deal closures, adapting to different time zones and business practices.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Content, Design, and Technology) to ensure smooth project planning and execution.
- Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with internal teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and early delivery phase, ensuring strong relationship management.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status and ensure smooth project closure and client satisfaction.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
