Restaurant Waiter – Job Description
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Restaurant Waiter to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and resolving concerns professionally.
- Set up and clear tables while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Process bills and handle payments accurately.
- Follow hotel service standards, safety regulations, and grooming policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
