## Job Overview
We are looking for confident and target-oriented **Sales Executives** to join our team. The company will provide the required **customer/prospect data**, and the Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting prospects, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and converting them into clients.
## Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to the **data provided by the company**.
* Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.
* Explain the company's products/services clearly and professionally.
* Convince prospects and convert interested customers into clients.
* Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
* Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
* Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
* Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
* Coordinate with the internal team for successful client onboarding.
* Maintain a professional relationship with prospects and clients.
## Candidate Requirements
* **Freshers are welcome to apply.**
* Excellent communication skills in **English and Punjabi**.
* Good convincing and negotiation skills.
* Confident while speaking with customers over the phone.
* Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Willingness to work in the **12:00 AM – 9:00 AM night shift**.
* Previous sales/telecalling experience will be an advantage.
