Job Profile: A Quality Assurance Officer is a professional who is Responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve an organisations final product in order to meet established quality standards.
Role & responsibilities
- Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests
- Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues
- Create training materials and operating manuals
- Developing and implementing standards for inspection
- Review & Approve of Master Formula record, Batch Mfg. records for Mfg.
- Review & Approve of all RM ,PM , inprocess spec & finished product spec.
- To identify the Quality Improvement programs and ensure the compliance on regular basis.
- Experience with GMP and GDP Operational Quality Systems for Commercial Drug Substance
- Prepare VQ documents
- To investigate the customer complains
- To review and approve all deviations or non conformance related to quality system & procedures & change control.
- Self infection program across the company.
- Compliance of validation programs as per schedule.
- Surprise over all activities of quality Assurance & Quality control Department.
- Complete and review reports, cases, and tests, communicating results clearly to the relevant internal and external parties
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- The ability to consistently identify mistakes across thousands of inspections
- The ability to closely follow quality standards
- A keen eye for detail
- Outstanding verbal and written Communication skills
- Database management
- Excellent problem-solving and Decision-making skills
- Hands on experience with Batch Record review
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
