About the Role SHOTT is seeking a result-driven Marketing Strategist to drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize integrated marketing strategies across digital campaigns, branding, and lead generation
- Manage external agencies, influencers, and stakeholders ensuring alignment with brand goals
- Plan and monitor marketing budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels and touchpoints
- Utilize analytics tools to measure performance and improve lead quality through SEO and paid campaigns
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales teams to improve brand visibility and conversion rates
- Contribute to quarterly and annual business planning initiatives.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in multi-channel marketing strategy and execution
- Experience in B2C / D2C marketing (agency or in-house preferred)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Canva, and SEO/Lead Generation techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
