Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, social media, and cold calling.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their solar energy requirements.
- Explain solar products, system benefits, pricing, and return on investment (ROI) to customers.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility assessments.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and project details with customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Stay updated on solar industry trends, competitor activities, and government subsidy schemes.
- Attend exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns when required.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns professionally.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
