Key Responsibilities

Oversee execution & ensure timely delivery of interior fitout projects across sites

Manage day to day site operations ensuring quality & safety
-
Co-ordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants etc.

Support design team in preparing, reviewing & modifying interior layouts & shop drawings using AutoCAD
-
Conduct regular site inspection
-
Assist in preparing daily/weekly progress reports
-
80% work will be on site & 20% office based
Required qualification:
-
BE (Civil) or Diploma (Civil) or Architecture
-
3-4 yrs of experience in commercial interior fit outs work
-
Exposure of AutoCAD & MEP Systems
-
Travel to projects sites based on project location
