- Note down bulk /SamplePA and plan for fiber.
- To check dyed fiber shades & arrange mixing recipe accordingly for bulk/Sample.
- Prepare mixing recipe card and hand over to spinning production department.
- Maintain LR cards.
- Cross check all the LR against PA.
- Reconfirmation of sampling mixing recipe for bulk production.
- Coordinate with costing department and marketing department for costing related issues.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in melange section.
- Deal with any shade related issues of production with SQC department.
- To increase number of bulk mixing (Tairo/dry) as well as improve RFT in melange.
