Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics, Courier & Claims Executive
to manage courier operations, shipment tracking, logistics coordination, and customer
claims. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving
abilities, and experience in handling logistics-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily courier and logistics operations.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with courier partners and logistics vendors regarding shipment
status.
Handle customer queries related to deliveries, delays, and lost shipments.
Manage and process claims for damaged, lost, or delayed shipments.
Collect and maintain required documentation for claim submissions.
Follow up with courier companies for claim resolution and reimbursement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, claims, and courier performance.
Identify process improvements to reduce delivery issues and claim occurrences.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
0–1 year of experience in logistics, courier operations, supply chain, or claims
management.
Good knowledge of courier and shipment processes.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in e-commerce logistics or courier management.
Knowledge of shipment tracking systems and claim procedures.
Customer service experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
