Our construction vertical, Buildcon, is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead hiring across corporate and construction functions.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for construction and corporate positions along with team handling experience.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience hiring for construction, real estate, or infrastructure companies and be comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding handover.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring construction and corporate roles.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate offer discussions and candidate engagement.
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Preferred Experience
- 6-12 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Prior experience hiring for construction, real estate, or infrastructure organizations.
- Experience recruiting for both site-based and corporate positions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
