Candidates need not have prior experience, we will train for our unique Microschool model but must have below mentioned skillset, mediocre communication ain't entertained.

Role Overview
This hybrid role involves:
- Admission Inquiries, Admin & Managing Chromepet Branch – 50%
- Educator Support – 50%
- School Timing - 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM Mon to Sat
Key Qualifications
- Corporate smart casual, elegant & stylish well groomed outlook is required.
- Elite verbal and written English communication skills (8+ out of 10) is required.
- Increase enrollments through cultural competence connecting authentically with diverse families, actively listening their anxieties & educational goals and high empathy.
- Compelling storytelling to articulate the school’s unique vision & value proposition clearly to allure parents is required.

Admission Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end inquiry and admission processes.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, open houses, school tours and interview schedules with prospective parents and students without friction.
- Collaborate seamlessly with leadership, marketing, finance and admin team.
Educator Support:
- Assist with educational activities in the multi-age learning environment.
