We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels to improve conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and marketing content.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective advertising.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve lead generation and business growth objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience with SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative tools.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and lead generation strategies.
