Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for the role of Technical Support Executive. The candidate will handle customer queries related to technical issues via calls, chat, or email. The role requires strong English communication skills and basic technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via calls, chat, or email
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and internet issues
- Guide customers step-by-step to resolve problems
- Escalate complex issues to senior team
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow SLA guidelines
Requirements
- Fluent English Communication (Mandatory)
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Good problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with night shifts

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS or networking
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (training provided)
