Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our IT organization. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to improve online visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Handle SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO.
- Manage and grow social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, leads, and conversions.
- Analyze marketing data using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for marketing campaigns.
- Develop strategies to improve website ranking, organic traffic, and lead generation.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Basic understanding of website, HTML, and CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- IT industry experience will be preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
