Job Summary
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to handle the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and production equipment used in our electrical panel manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, machine troubleshooting, and ensuring minimum production downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, PLC, VFD, sensors, and control circuits.
- Maintain CNC, cutting, punching, bending, drilling, and fabrication machines.
- Attend machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, and service records.
- Coordinate with production and external service engineers for maintenance activities.
- Maintain critical spare parts and ensure proper machine functioning.
- Follow electrical and workplace safety procedures
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance.
- Good knowledge of PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC, VFD, control panels, motors, contactors, relays, sensors, and electrical circuits.
- Knowledge of CNC, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, cutting, bending, and fabrication machines is preferred.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and control circuit diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in electrical panel manufacturing, switchgear manufacturing, industrial electrical maintenance, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
