We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the purchase process of two-wheelers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers to the showroom, understand their needs, and provide product demonstrations.
- Sales Conversion: Present features, benefits, and pricing of two-wheelers to customers, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all models, variants, specifications, and financing options.
- Documentation: Assist customers with paperwork, loan applications, insurance, and registration processes.
- After-Sales Support: Coordinate delivery, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle queries or complaints professionally.
- Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure vehicles are displayed attractively and the showroom environment is welcoming.
- Market Awareness: Keep track of competitor offerings and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automobile/two-wheeler industry.
