We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals for our software development and IT service offerings. Candidates with knowledge of digital marketing strategies will have an added advantage in driving lead generation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other sales channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Present company services, prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
