We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in Prepress, Print Production, and Packaging Design. The candidate will be responsible for creating artwork, adapting designs to production requirements, preparing print-ready files, and coordinating with the prepress and production teams to ensure error-free execution.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both design aesthetics and print manufacturing processes, especially in labels and packaging.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Artwork Development
- Create and adapt packaging, label, and marketing artwork as per client requirements.
- Design product labels, cartons, sleeves, pouches, inserts, and promotional materials.
- Develop artwork variations, language versions, and SKU adaptations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all packaging designs.
Prepress & Production Support
- Prepare print-ready files for Flexo, Offset, Digital, and Screen printing processes.
- Check artwork for fonts, image resolution, color profiles, barcodes, and technical accuracy.
- Create and modify dieline-based artwork layouts.
- Perform trapping, overprint checks, bleed setup, and color separations when required.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve artwork-related issues before printing.
Packaging Development
- Understand packaging structures and work within dieline specifications.
- Ensure artwork fits accurately within packaging dimensions and production tolerances.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and customers for artwork approvals.
Quality & Documentation
- Maintain organized artwork archives and version control.
- Ensure all approved files are properly documented and stored.
- Support quality control by verifying printed samples against approved artwork.

Experience Range: 2–4 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Printing Technology, or related field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
