Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of technical efforts to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote clarity and understanding.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to Salesforce implementations.
Additional Information:
